Client: Brent Kuhn Law
Project: Brand Development
Brent Kuhn is an attorney specializing in divorce law, adoptions, family agreements, and more. Brent prides himself on offering good representation at a fair price, and getting things done the right way.
In 2019 I met with Brent to discuss his goals, which included:
- Redesigning his website and business cards
- Creating an “Ask the Expert” video series
- Claiming Facebook and LinkedIn pages for the business
- Claiming a custom email address
Our plan was to develop a professional and functional website that would be able to grow with the firm well into the future. Some of the firm’s most important goals with the new website included:
- Client portal integration
- Client billing integration
- Embed downloadable forms
- Incorporate blog and news roll
- Incorporate a “client checklist” area with ability to upload files
In addition to a new website skin, we took the opportunity to update the firm’s business cards and letterhead!
Social Media Launch
Another building block was to begin to expand upon the firm’s online presence and enhance SEO, so we created professional Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
Transition to G-Suite
Google’s G-Suite allows organizations to have professional email addresses and provides access to seamless team collaboration tools, secure online cloud storage, shared calendars, video meetings and more. We helped the firm set up their new email, transitioning from an @gmail.com address to an @brentkuhnlaw.com address. And because Say Hey There is a G-Suite partner, they were able to score 20% off their first year!
One of Brent’s biggest goals was to create an “Ask the Expert” video series for use in brand awareness and marketing initiatives. We handled everything from the creative direction to planning and scheduling out logistics to video production and editing to delivery and hosting recommendations.
Topics included what you should look for when choosing a divorce attorney, how you can help your lawyer keep your costs down, what to expect during our initial consultation, major causes of divorce, and more.
